Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost scheduled. This is considered a no-show & there is a chance you could be banned from booking! If you no show, and the card you put on file declines, you will be banned from booking.
